Level 1 products are under active development. Development efforts include new features, incorporations of new technologies and methodologies, bug fixes and documentation updates. Level 1 products are actively marketed and sold
Level 2 products undergo further development based upon demand of existing customers. Development is generally limited to bug fixes and documentation updates. Customers who maintain support contracts for level 2 products are entitled to preferential license and support contract transfers to Infocus level 1 products.
Level 3 product support is limited to assisting customers maintaining support agreements with how-to questions and other matters of product usage. Level 3 products are not subject to further development. Customers who maintain support contracts for level 3 products are entitled to preferential license and support contract transfers to Infocus level 1 or level 2 products.
